Terms and Conditions for the "i-agree" Subscription Plans

1. Overview

These terms govern the subscription plans for the "i-agree" service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription options: Annual, Monthly, and 12-Month Contract. Below are the details of each plan:

Annual Plan 

• Credits and Usage: 
  • You receive your total annual credit allowance upfront, available for immediate use. 
  • Credits can be used at any speed during the 12-month period. 
  • If you use all your credits before the end of the 12 months, you may purchase additional ad-hoc sends or another annual plan starting immediately.
  • Any unused credits will expire at the end of the 12-month period. 
• Payment: 
  • The full annual cost is charged at the start of the subscription according to the package price. 
• Renewal: 
  • The plan will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period unless cancelled before the renewal date. 
• Changes: 
  • Downgrades are not allowed during the subscription period. If you wish to upgrade your tier, please contact us

 Monthly Plan 

• Credits and Usage: 
  • You select the number of sends you need per month, purchased in packages of 100 (e.g., 100, 200, etc.). 
  • Your package of sends is added to your account at the start of each month and expire at the end of that month. 
• Payment: 
  • You are charged monthly for the selected number of packages. 
• Changes: 
  • You can upgrade your plan (e.g., increase the number of sends, change your tier) at any time. The additional cost will be charged immediately, and the new amount will apply to subsequent renewals. Any downgrades will always take effect on your renewal date
• Renewal: 
  • The plan auto-renews monthly until canceled. 
• Cancellation: 
  • You can cancel anytime. However, there are no refunds for unused credits. Cancellation will happen on your renewal date, after which your account will be deactivated

12-Month Contract Plan 

• Credits and Usage: 
  • You receive your total annual credit allowance upfront, available immediately for use. 
  • Credits can be used at any speed during the 12-month period. 
  • Any unused credits will expire at the end of the 12-month period. 

• If you use all your credits before the end of the 12 months, you may purchase additional ad-hoc sends. If you wish to upgrade at this point, please contact us and complete the existing payment plan.

• Payment: 
  • The total cost of your agreed packages is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. 
  • You receive a discount equivalent to one month’s cost compared to the Monthly Plan. 
• Commitment: 
  • This is a fixed-term contract. You cannot cancel or make any changes during the 12-month period. Tier upgrade you must contact us.
• Default on Payments: 
  • If you miss a payment, access to the system will be suspended until the account is brought up to date. 
  • We reserve the right to pursue outstanding fees, plus a penalty charge of 20% of the unpaid amount and applicable interest at the rate of 8%
• Renewal: 
  • The plan does not auto-renew. You may opt for a new plan at the end of the term.

3. General Terms 

• Minimum Purchase Packages: 
• Once you have stated the number of sends you require the package price processor will calculate the applicable price based on the number of packages you will require. The number of credits selected is then purchased in packages of 100 (e.g., 100, 200, etc.) and is always rounded up to the next package. The minimum number of sends on an annual plan is 1200 and 100 on a monthly plan.
• Upgrades: 
  • Only our monthly plan allows upgrades at any time. For our yearly and 12 monthly plans you must contact us. Charges for upgrades will apply immediately and adjust the renewal amount accordingly. 
• Account Management: 
  • It is your responsibility to monitor send usage and ensure timely payments. 
• Refunds: 
  • No refunds are provided for unused credits or cancelled subscriptions. 
• Modifications to Terms: 
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms including price changes. Any such changes will be communicated in advance. 
• Governing Law: 
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
