Refunds & contracts
If you choose to join us (and why wouldn't you?) and later decide to cancel (though we can't imagine why) before your billing period ends, you will still have access to our services until the next period begins. Additionally, you can always upgrade to a higher service tier if your organization needs more features.
Please note:
- If you cancel mid-contract (for example, if you opted for a year-long contract), you are responsible for paying the full remaining balance of the contract.
- If you decide to cancel, our service will remain available until your next billing period.
- You can upgrade your subscription to a higher tier at any time during your tenure with us.

What if I don't want to sign the agreement?
Don't like what the agreement says? No problem, you can reject the agreement at anytime and explain why you don't like the contract. We send it back to the senders and they can revise the contract based on your requirements if they choose to.
Is my data safe?
We employ the highest quality of data protection for your contracts, passwords and safety. We don't sell data and all of your information is encrypted too so no wandering eyes can access your agreements if you don't want them to.
Why are you different to other e-signature companies
We let you understand a whole contract without reading the whole contract, and we do it in simple language so you can understand it without all the confusing lingo. Instead of adding a fake signature, you sign contracts with your voice and face which then creates a 'Seal' which means we can guarantee the right person has signed the contract and omit any forgeries.
Do I need the app?
Yes, you need the app to complete agreements. You don't need the app to send contracts but with the app you can safely and securely sign agreements.
What if I've been sent a contract from a different E-signature company?
If you've been sent an agreement via Docusign, or Juro etc etc., then you can download those contracts and upload them to our platform. You can then send the contract back via our system.
